"The FKC was a fast-paced, stressful campaign that worked incredibly well. What stays most in my mind are my many journeys throughout the UK (and France) with numerous Kuwaitis who all rose to the occasion as consummate advocates for the Kuwaiti cause.

"Two of many highlights stand out. Jassim Qabazard represented the FKC at a Cambridge Union Society debate. I have been fortunate to hear many great speeches over the years, and Jassim gave one of the best, considering that he was debating against some of the UK’s most high profile and experienced politicians. Also incredibly successful was the trip to Strasbourg, France, to meet student leaders of the center-right political parties from across Europe. Our speaker Ali Al-Mulaifi did a terrific job.

"I traveled with many other effective debaters and spokespersons; from among them, a few were the late Ambassador Talat Al-Ghoussein, Dr. Habib Shaban, Dr. Nasser Al-Sane, Nader Sultan, Adel Al-Ali, and Sundus Hamza Abbas."
