Kuwaitis, including many children, take to the streets of London at Marble Arch to celebrate their freedom and to thank the British public for its support. Balloons in the four colors of the Kuwaiti flag are everywhere. Though the slogan "Free Kuwait" had become a reality, hundreds of Kuwaitis and others were still Iraqi prisoners. A new message to the world was born: "Please Don't Forget Our POWs." (See also 5602-5621.)
