October 7, 1990  Kuwaitis held their second major march and rally, this time from the Kuwaiti Embassy to Trafalgar Square. The marches were becoming better organized. Meanwhile, the British government assigned more police to help maintain discipline, especially as participation was growing from foreign communities. Ambassador Ghazi Al-Rayes was one of the speakers at the Embassy before the march started. (See also .)
